What gets a fast reply

Corrections. Especially if a manufacturer publishes a figure we have recorded as unpublished. We will fix it and date the change.
A product we have missed, if its specifications are published by the maker.
A comparison you want. We add them where both products can be verified.

What we cannot help with

Warranty claims or returns — those go to the retailer or manufacturer.
Medical questions about sun exposure or heat.
Paid placement. We do not sell it, at any price.
